Stanley Michel, DMD
Dr. Michel is a native New Yorker, born and raised in Brooklyn. Following his Bachelor of Science degree from The State University of New York at New Paltz, Dr. Michel received his DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Immediately after, he was commissioned as a Dental Corps Officer with the U.S. Air Force where he served honorably for 3 years at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Dr. Michel then later entered private practice for several years as a general dentist.
Following his passion for endodontics, Dr. Michel returned to Brooklyn to receive his endodontic training at NYU Langone Medical Center where he served as chief resident. He is a board-certified endodontist and an active member of The American Association of Endodontists. He is well versed in all facets of the specialty and strives to not only treat each tooth with high quality but also each patient with care and compassion.
Dr. Michel continues to serve his country as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Air Force Reserves where he is chief of dental services at the 914th Air Refueling Wing, Niagara Falls, NY. He is also an attending at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, dental department. Outside the office, Dr. Michel enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children, running, amateur photography, and cooking on the grill.
